[News] King’s X sign new label contract and announce new release

Golden Robot Records, an independent label of international caliber has announced the entrance of the iconic rock band King’s X. Also announcing a highly awaited album to be released worldwide in Japan, USA and Europe. From the first album produced in 1988, there is a long way made and numerous albums released, as many as 12, which allowed the band to enter in the history of modern Rock thanks above all to their eclectic style. Their sound is a mix between Prog Metal,Soul & Funk Soul, Hard Rock and Blues Vocals, giving life to the original King’s X sound, which is a source of inspiration for several new bands. Another feature is line up that has remained unchanged from the beginning to the present and includes Doug Pinnick (Bass and Voice), Ty Tabor (Guitar) and Jerry Gaskill (Drum). During their long career they have made many tours and they have played alongside artists such as Scorpions, Pearl Jam and other masters of the genre until 2012 when they are forced to take a break for Jerry Gaskill‘s heart problems. The other two colleagues support him in the care process and in 2015 they return to the field designing also a new album, the first one since 2008. After 4 years of work the official announcement, the release date has not yet been revealed but is around the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020 as well as the tracklist even if the band has announced that 17 unreleased tracks are recorded.
