The Stoner Metal band bunsenburner announces that its first LP “poise” will be released on December 09, 2022 via bensnburner records. The album is the result of three days of recording, with the entire band and no previous arrangements or subsequent overdubs, at huji maja studios in Freiburg, Germany. In the spirit of pure experimentation, “poise” surprises listeners with a combination of Stoner Doom, Jazz and Ambient elements. In particular, the ambient elements will quickly take the listener into an authentic trance state.
Listeners can get their first taste of bunsenburner‘s vibrant, uncompromising and often surprising soundscapes with the first single “Lights of Jupiter.” The song highlights what is traditionally the most important and most impactful element in Metal: the riff.
A Heavy riff underpins the entire song, while a guitar solo and a strong atmosphere make the song extremely memorable.

bensnburners began as a solo project of bassist and producer Ben Krahl in 2012. The project evolved into bensnburner after Ben Krahl found himself bringing together other like-minded world-class musicians. With the full line-up, Ben was able to tap into the deepest source of his vision and fully achieve and convey the essence of the project in its most grandiose nature.
