Athens, Greece based Desert/Stoner Rockers Honeybadger have released their new music video for the song “Diamonds,” which was already released as a single on all streaming platforms on March 10, 2023. Both the stunning video and the song itself find the band performing in their familiar heavy rock musical style, leaving promises for 2020’s highly anticipated follow-up of “Pleasure Delayer.” Watch the video through the YouTube player below:
“Diamonds is the first single from our upcoming second LP album. A desert/alternative rock track inspired by the eternal battle for survival and prosperity through the difficulties of life and our perception of it. Facing difficult situations can overwhelm you but also inspire you. However, it is always a challenge to be able to turn the obstacles and the waste of life into birth and creation, like coal and ashes into diamonds.”
The production of “Diamonds” – as well as the entire “Pleasure Delayer” album – was handled by Alex Bolpasis at Suono Studio. The drums were recorded by Jacopo Fokas at Villa Giuseppe, while it was mastered by the great Nick Townsend at Infrasonic Mastering. The video was directed by Mike Marzz.
