Traces To Nowhere is a project from Warsaw, Poland founded in 2010. The band takes its name from the first episode of “Twin Peaks” by David Lynch, television serial drama, which remains beyond-music inspiration for the band members.

‘Blurry Pictures’ is about the passing of time. We think a lot about the past, about how our reality used to be, full of carefree, freedom and joy. Now we constantly refer back to that time, cherishing the feeling that we will never reach that kind of state again.” – this is what Traces to Nowhere says about the single.

On April 22, 2024, the album “Lost Tribe” was released, from which comes the single “Blurry Pictures.” The album consists of 9 tracks and is the group’s second full album. The lyrics for “Lost Tribe” were written by Karolina Mazurska. The material was recorded at “W Dobrym Tonie Studio” and the studio on Burakowska Street by Marcin Buźniak and Piotrek Siwicki, mixed and mastered by Marcin Buźniak at Axis Audio. Vocals were recorded at “Czułość – Studio Głosu i Kreatywności” by Edyta Glińska. The tracks “Voices” and “The Spring to Come” featured Tadeusz Cieślak on saxophone.
