Athens-based Heavy/Desert Rock band Weevil have unveiled the official lyric video for the new stand-alone single “Acrophobia,” released on October 08, 2025.

“Acrophobia” is about that moment between falling and flight, standing on the edge and deciding to let go. What started as a late-evening jam turned into a slow-burning dive into fear, release and transformation.
Recorded at Wreck It Sound Studios, the song shows a more Cinematic and emotional side of Weevil, blending Desert Rock grit with atmospheric tension and hypnotic groove. Shimmering guitars, Heavy bass and raw Melodic vocals build gradually into a haze of distortion and light, where heaviness meets introspection.
For fans of Stoner Rock, Psychedelic Rock and Cinematic Soundscapes, “Acrophobia” feels like a deep breath before the jump — heavy, human and real.
