Barcelona, Spain based Psych-Gaze band Teana have unveiled the single “Buceando en los Profundos Mares del Autosabotaje” taken from their from new album, “Sagrada Bendición,” released on October 17, 2025.

Teana moves in a sound space that ranges from the most danceable Psych Pop to the most introspective Psych-Gaze.
Teana experiments with Shoegaze, Dream Pop, and neo-Psychedelia. After their EPs “Lucid Fauna” and “Kill Your Ego,” they present their first album in 2025: “Sagrada Bendición,” an introspective work that explores the duality between ego and identity, social adaptation, and personal authenticity.
With a completely self-produced approach, “Sagrada Bendición” reflects a sonic and emotional evolution in the band’s journey, embracing an intimate, immersive, and deeply honest sound.
Throughout their career, Teana has achieved significant milestones, such as the inclusion of their song “To Feel” in a Kia advertising campaign, their participation in Mackie’s Sunset Session, and opening for international bands like Boogarin and Temples.
