Berlin-based Psychedelic Rockers WEDGE have unveiled a brand-new video for “Computer,” a track taken from their album “Like No Tomorrow,” recently reissued on vinyl by Tonzonen Records.
Watch the official music video for “Computer” via the YouTube player below:
The video was filmed in an old neo-gothic church ruin, whose decay stands in stark contrast to our computerized world, the subject of the song. Modern technology is framed as a kind of new religion, complete with its own commandments and rituals.
The track is a Heavy Rocker, driven by a soaring Hammond organ and an extended Psychedelic guitar solo atop a dynamic drum foundation, moving through multiple time signatures and grooves from Heavy to Proggy to straightforward Rock.
