Nashville-based guitar duo P3RMAFROST, formed by musicians Drew Creal and Christian Colabelli, has officially released its self-titled debut EP. Issued via Divine Kouncil Records on September 11, 2026, the five-track record delivers an instrumental blend of Progressive Rock, Jazz Fusion, and Progressive Metal driven by dual guitar arrangements and improvised lead work.

The project originated as an unconstrained collaborative effort between Creal and Colabelli to craft the exact style of guitar-centric album they personally wanted to listen to. In addition to performing all guitar, bass, and instrumental tracking, the duo invited a lineup of featured drummers to perform across the EP’s five compositions. The guest drum performances feature Matt Guglielmo, Zach Dean, Nathan Sletner, and Jordan McGee.
Production for “P3RMAFROST” was handled by Brandon J. Adams, who mixed and mastered the record, while visual artwork was created by Tilt Shift.
“Our goal was to make the guitar record we would want to listen to, with improvised solos of course,” the band stated regarding the release. “We were able to get some heavy hitter drummers to play on this, some of our friends and all time favorites, we are eternally grateful for what they brought to the table.”
