Coming hot on the heels of 2025’s EP Clones, sativa-soaked sludge bruisers Bong Wizard returned this past June with their new full-length, “Transilvanian Munchies.” Slow-burning, riff-forward Doom with a not-so-subtle nod to cannabis culture, this is a record that treats weed the way outlaw country treated whiskey.
To celebrate the spooky season and keep the good times rolling, Bong Wizard have relit the flame and present the music video for title track “Transilvanian Munchies.”
Ever wonder if vampires smoke the devil’s lettuce? The answer is a most definite hell yes, as the band drag listeners into eldritch ennui.
In homage to the horror movies of old, “Transilvanian Munchies” presents black and white live footage mixed with a glimpse into the life of a sanguine slacker with Bong Wizard’s trademark tongue-in-cheek humor.
Ghoul or goblin, vampire or vargouille, enjoy the spooky season, light one, and kick it with your fellow fiends.
