Rumble Music Promotions Vol XIII

After the success of “Volume XII,” Rumble Music Promotions returns with “Volume XIII,” released on October 31, 2025, and available now on Bandcamp. Once again, the label delivers an uncompromising anthology of underground Heavy Music, gathering acts from all over the world — from Argentina to Japan, from Germany to Australia — united by a common devotion to heaviness in its most primal and expressive form.

Curated with the same raw authenticity and global reach that have made Rumble Music a cult name among underground enthusiasts, “Volume XIII” features 13 tracks crossing Doom, Sludge, Drone, and Experimental Metal territories. The artwork by Doomolith, edited by Johnny Rumble, and the logo design by Christophe Szpajdel, reinforce the dark, artisanal aesthetic that has become a Rumble trademark: stark, evocative, and fiercely independent.

The compilation opens with Drogula (Argentina) and their electrifying rendition of “Rumble” — a feral reinterpretation of Link Wray’s proto-riff legacy filtered through Doom distortion and ritual intensity. Immediately following, Buzzard (USA) injects swamp-infused Folk Doom into “Dunwich Farm,” merging storytelling and fuzz in an atmosphere reminiscent of ancient American Gothic.

PFUND (Germany) expands the sonic perimeter with “Paranoia,” a slow-burning descent into Heavy Psych tension, while Doomsday Dementia (Canada) unleashes “The Warning – Political Circus,” an eleven-minute epic of narrative Sludge, both apocalyptic and satirical in spirit.

From the US East Coast, Afghan Haze delivers “Hammers and Wolves,” an explosion of groove-laden aggression and hallucinogenic density, whereas Australia’s King Parrot crashes in with “Glazed And Diseased In Defeat,” a short yet devastating blast of filthy energy — punkish in attitude, metallic in execution.

The middle section turns eastward with Sithter (Japan) and their haunting “魔界転生 (Samurai Reincarnation),” a ritualistic Sludge journey imbued with esoteric Japanese imagery. Confusion Master (Germany) follows with “Casket Down,” a monumental Doom voyage built on towering riffs and suffocating atmosphere.

The live recording of Mamute (Brazil/Portugal) — “Angel Of Doom” — adds a raw, sweat-soaked layer of immediacy, perfectly contrasted by Canera (Chile) and their ethereal “Sanación,” where Post-Metal expanses meet ritual chants.

In the closing triptych, Athame (Germany) conjures occult reverberations on “Moon of Doom I (Triple Moon),” Engraver (Poland) drifts into cosmic territories with “Native Spaceling,” and Phantom Droid (UK) seals the journey with “Dungeon,” a claustrophobic yet cinematic finale blending Doom, Sci-Fi, and retro-horror atmospheres.

Despite the stylistic variety, “Volume XIII” flows as a coherent voyage — an unbroken procession of distortion, ritual, and creative defiance. Once again, Rumble Music Promotions proves its commitment to the underground spirit: connecting distant scenes, amplifying unheard voices, and celebrating heaviness as a universal language.

Volume XIII” is available now on Bandcamp as a name-your-price digital release (MP3/FLAC).
