Hellfire 76: The lyric video of “The Devil You Know” makes us meet the voices inside our minds
Southern/Stoner Rock star and stripes band Hellfire 76 shared another video from their debut EP of the same name, released on May 3, 2022. This time it is a lyric video dedicated to the song “The Devil You Know,” watch it through the YouTube player below:
Song with a strongly intimate and Psychedelic atmosphere, “The Devil You Know” talks about our relationship with inner voices and the difficulty of assessing their reliability: “We let the voices in our minds get the better of us – he said singer and guitarist Von Bury – making us act on thoughts instead of truth and facts. The Devil You Know is about believing our truths.“
The Hellfire 76 use the masks of voodoo, witchcraft, the occult and tarot cards to tell us stories of how Evil has taken over our world, ruled by liars, impostors and careerists. People are flooded with a river of lies, perpetrated by governments and the Church, which obscure our view of the Truth.
