French Progressive Metal band Hypnagone has released the new track “White Fields” from the upcoming album “Qu’il Passe,” along with a visualizer. The full-length is scheduled for release on October 14. Watch the video through the YouTube player below:
Starting out relatively slow and with a superb vocal performance, “White Fields” dives into progressive metal madness using technical riffs and a heavy setting. The song gets decidedly technical, before bringing the listen down with a sweet ending; Hypnagone have thus created what they described as a “powerful prog-metal journey.”
Hypnagone have also revealed the tracklist of the upcoming 11-track LP “Qu’il Passe,” which is, in every sense, a work of sonic art, shaped and refined over five years by Antoine Duffour, the founder of Hypnagone. The album is characterized by technicalities, Progressive heaviness and an admirably reflective setting.
