Brazilian Progressive Stoner/Grunge Rockers Ember Brick unveil the official video for the single “The Wizard is Never Late” taken from self-titled album, which was just released on June 13th, 2025 through Lambrequim.

Founded in 2018 by Guilherme Marin, the band from Maringá/PR can be defined as Stoner/Doom Metal, with strong elements of Progressive Rock and Grunge. Active since 2019, it has gone through three lineups until reaching its current lineup, composed of Guilherme Marin on bass and vocals, João Luiz on guitar and Ivan Seyr on drums. Having performed on countless stages of the Brazilian underground, from festivals to concert halls, the band has shared the stage with important bands in the scene, such as Madness Magnet, Jovens Ateus and Red Mess.
In 2019, the trio released their first demo, entitled “Flying Money Machine.” Three years later, they released their first studio album, “Smoke Some Bricks,” recorded at Forest Lab Studios, in the mountains of Rio de Janeiro, in a 100% analog format, with mixing and production by the legendary Lisciel Franco. In 2023, they returned to Forest Lab, where they recorded the self-titled album “Ember Brick,” which was released on digital platforms on June 13th, 2025, marking a new phase for the band, more mature and ambitious. And it is precisely this work that will have a physical edition released by the Lambrequim label, in CD format!
