German Psychedelic/Stoner/Blues Rock band Sound Of Smoke have unveiled the official video for the single “Fata Morgana” taken from their upcoming album, “Mirage,” set for release on March 27, 2026 via Tonzonen Records.

For a long time, things were quiet around Sound Of Smoke from Freiburg. After the psychedelic soul rock quartet released their last album “Phases” in spring 2023, there was a lot of enthusiasm within the German and international scene. Now the band is excited to present their new album. “Mirage” continues Sound Of Smoke‘s proven concept: Johannes Braunstein‘s driving drum beats, Florian Kiefer‘s thunderous bass, which can sometimes be interpreted as rhythm guitar, Jens Stöver‘s electric, twangy guitar complemented by atmospheric echo and fuzz sounds, as well as oscillating synthesizers. Last but not least, Isabelle Bapté‘s soulful voice and flute interludes give Sound Of Smoke the fabulous, individual touch that makes the band so unique.
