Oulu-based Heavy Metal power trio Occult Master has officially released their highly anticipated self-titled debut album today via Inverse Records. To celebrate the launch, the band and label have unleashed the official full album stream on Inverse Records‘ official YouTube channel, offering fans worldwide immediate access to their raw, old-school sound.

Hailing from Oulu, Finland, Occult Master delivers a simple, natural, and raw Heavy Metal sound infused with distinct Progressive and Doom Metal influences. Championing a traditional, old-school approach, the power trio’s musical philosophy focuses on honest, hard-hitting songwriting. Fans of legendary acts like Black Sabbath, Mercyful Fate, and Blue Öyster Cult will find themselves right at home with the band’s Heavy riffs, thick rhythms, and Dark, compelling themes.
The self-titled album features nine tracks of Heavy Doom and Progressive Metal, taking listeners on a journey through gritty soundscapes and classic metal energy. The songwriting and lyrics are crafted by guitarist and vocalist Ari Eskola, with the album recorded by drummer Jussi Risto. The final sound was polished by Kimmo Lukkari, who handled the mixing and mastering.
