Progressive Rock/Fusion guitarist Nick Fletcher showcases another facet of his latest album, continuing his exploration of the psychological themes that underpin his music.

Following the release of his sixth Progressive Rock/Fusion album, “An Unfolding of Miracles,” on October 12, 2026, acclaimed British guitarist Nick Fletcher presents “To Be Seen, To Be Heard,” offering listeners another opportunity to discover the depth and breadth of his latest musical statement.
Reflecting on the inspiration behind the song, Nick Fletcher says: “The track ‘To be seen,to be heard’ is track two on the new album ‘An Unfolding of miracles’. It has a double meaning. It firstly relates to the cry of a child’s needs and secondly it’s dedicated to my virtuoso drummer Roberto Porta who literally should be seen and heard.“
Building on the foundations of its predecessor, “The Mask of Sanity,” “An Unfolding of Miracles” continues Fletcher’s exploration of the writings of Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Carl Gustav Jung. Combining intricate progressive arrangements, jazz-Rock Fusion and an increasingly adventurous approach to guitar synthesis, the album sees Fletcher expand his sonic palette that has established him as a compelling voice in contemporary Progressive music.
The album marks Fletcher’s second collaboration with Italian drum maestro Roberto Porta, following two previous releases featuring the formidable Anika Nilles, now the drummer for Rush.
Fletcher’s work has also earned the admiration of legendary guitarist Steve Hackett, who declared:
“Nick Fletcher is the best Jazz/Rock guitarist in the UK, with a great classical guitar technique to boot. I consider Nick an absolute star.”
