Polish Progressive Rock band Amarok published the single “Don’t Surrender” taken from upcoming new album “HOPE” due out on April 05, 2024 via Oskar Records. Stream the track through the YopuTube player below:
Michał Wojtas‘s musical project under the Amarok banner has been present in the Polish music space tirelessly since 1999, taking on various forms over the course of twenty-five years. In their first achievements, strong inspirations from the work of Mike Oldfield (the band’s name was taken from the title of one of his albums) and Pink Floyd were clearly audible; later, the sound began to evolve towards a more Ambient material with Folk elements – and it was during this period that the proper, unique character of the band began to take shape. 2024 brings another release titled “HOPE,” for which fans have been waiting three years. Containing ten ambitious compositions that maintain the high level developed over two decades, after listening to them, fans of this art will not be disappointed.
