Argentine Heavy music power trio En la Niebla has released the official music video for “Drop of Blood,” a key track from their newly unleashed album, “Consuelo del Infortunio,” released on September 05, 2026.

Recorded and filmed entirely by the band, the video for “Drop of Blood” is an uncompromising visual statement. Centered around a concept by bassist Matías Ghirlanda, the release is explicitly devoted to themes of lust and the pursuit of the good life. The visual narrative relies heavily on raw pagan imagery, making the video deliberately unsuitable for children or conventional religious sensibilities.
The hands-on production — covering both filming and editing — was executed by the collaborative team of Manufa and drummer Juan Tamargo.
Sonically, “Drop of Blood” encapsulates the Heavy, slow-burning essence that En la Niebla has been cultivating from their base in Oliva, Córdoba. Written and composed by Ghirlanda, the track features the band’s core lineup of Ghirlanda on bass, Juan Tamargo on drums, and Manuel Re handling guitars and vocals. The dense, fuzzed-out audio was mixed and mastered by Manuel Fierro at NTP Studio in the city of Córdoba, preserving the raw, subterranean weight of the trio’s signature stoner doom sound.
