US/Canadian Heavy Doom outfit Castle previously announced their new album “Carrie Chains,” due 4th September via Hammerheart Records. Now the band reveal the next chapter with the new single “Truckgrinder,” available to stream on all digital platforms.

“Carrie Chains” shows Castle at new heights of constructing their trademark serpentine riffs into powerful anthemic hooks while the whiskey throated vocals of powerhouse singer Liz Blackwell fill every spooky nook and cranny to intoxicating effect. Taking influence from the 70s/80s riff-heavy maestros like Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, and Mercyful Fate and keeping a stripped down attack sound, Castle channel that classic heavy-metal DNA into something leaner, meaner, and unmistakably their own.
