“My Freya” is the first single off the new full-length, “Raidho,” which is scheduled for a February 2024 release.
Dead Runes grew out of a small recording project in 2016 between guitarist/vocalist Hunter East and bass player Pogs. The project was shelved , but breathed new life in 2022 when drummer Steve Janson was added, “The Siren” EP was formally released, and the band played shows all over the Southeast United States.
Proud Nashville natives, Dead Runes proves there’s more than just country in Music City.
