Just over three years after their last album, Delobos are back today, Friday, September 20, 2024 with “Iluso,” the first single from “Cabal,” their new studio work to be released in the coming months.

In their search for new sounds and textures with which to embrace darkness in its fullness, delving into introspection and mental health, “Iluso” is positioned as the most luminous track on this new album, although its theme explores the feeling of disappointment after the collapse of a failed friendship.
For both “Iluso” and the rest of the tracks that make up “Cabal,” Delobos have once again been produced by Juan Blas, with whom they have worked side by side in the recording and mixing at Westline Studios in Madrid. For the mastering they had the collaboration of Martin T. from Tide Studio London.
This first preview, whose artwork is by The Braves Church, arrives today, Friday September 20th, accompanied by a video made entirely on iPhone 14 by Luis Fuentes, bassist of the band and responsible for almost all of Delobos‘ previous videos.
To celebrate the release of “Iluso,” Delobos will offer two intimate concerts in Malaga and Madrid, in which they will review songs from their discography, as well as some of those that will be part of ‘Cabal’, which will be released in the coming months via Spinda Records, Nooirax Producciones, Quebranta Records and Odio Sonoro:
