Newcastle, UK based Stoner Rock power trio Dunes published the official music video for the single “Voodoo” featuring Ryan Garney of High Desert Queen and taken from their upcoming new album “Land of the Blind” due out on January 17, 2025 via Ripple Music. Hailing from Newcastle, UK, Dunes are known for marrying up hard-hitting riffs with earworm melodies, channeling a handful of Northern grit through the fuzzed-out, cranked-up, trip-tinged sounds of the infamous generator parties of the 90s desert rock scene, and the beer-soaked, sweat-drenched and feedback-engulfed clubs of the grunge era.
Dunes has earned a solid reputation on the UK Stoner Rock scene, sharing the stage with he likes of Fatso Jeston, Nick Oliveri, Alain Johannes, Red Fang, High Desert Queen, Monster Magnet, Sasquatch, Truckfighters and more, also performing at a plethora of festivals including Desertfest London, Bloodstock Open Air, Masters of the riff, Ruination Festival and Idelfest in the UK and overseas at Fuzz Festival Stockholm and Malmö (SE) and Love For Loud Festival (NO).
The trio is now ready to blast more fuzzy greatness into all Heavy Rock lovers’ ears, as they recently joined the roster of renowned Californian label Ripple Music to release their new material in 2025. Stay tuned for more info!
