ForceFields Studios published the single “Agadir” by Jon Cells & Warren Rider, a big production, reminiscent of the 1970’s rock operas featuring Warren Rider on Vocals, Jon Cells on Slide Guitar. “Agadir” was co produced by legendary Nashville producer, James Stroud (Marshal Tucker Band, Malaco Rhythm ) who is featured on drums.
Recorded in 1978 at Northstar Studios in Boulder, Colorado after a trip to Morocco, “Agadir” was to be the title track to a movie based on the city in Southern Morocco.
The Master tapes were lost in the Vault for 42 years of the Sunset Studios in Hollywood and just restored.
