Pau, France based Heavy/Gothic/Doom Metal project Invading Chapel has released the official lyric video for the new single, “Spreading The Venom,” self-released on May 22, 2026

The track introduces the next step for the project, built around a dark and heavy sound that draws from Classic Doom weight, Progressive structures and Gothic atmosphere. With Loïc Malassagne handling vocals, bass, guitar and keyboards, alongside Jim D on drums, Invading Chapel shape their music through a compact line-up where heaviness and mood are central.
“Spreading The Venom” carries the band’s taste for slow-burning intensity and shadowed melody, placing the song between Heavy Metal foundations and darker, more Atmospheric forms of Rock and Metal.
