Glass Hammer, the Progressive Rock vehicle of founder and multi-instrumentalist Steve Babb, announces the release of “Black Light” for November 06, 2026.
Created in the months after Babb underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor, “Black Light” marks one of the most personal and stylistically distinct entries in Glass Hammer’s long catalog.
Centered around a quirky, surreal story of a young Prog-Rocker drawn into a 1970s black-light poster, the album explores themes of nostalgia, longing, and the dual worlds of artistic inspiration.
“Black Light” features an updated lineup and a vibrant, Psychedelic sonic palette while remaining rooted in the band’s Symphonic Progressive style.
