This album marks are a rebirth for Good Spirits. Originally starting as a four piece alt-rock, in 2024 after being stagnant the band finds itself as a trio moving forward. Deciding the take a leap in a new direction the band becomes something new. Heading in a heavier and more experimental direction “The Greenseer” was born.

Originally forming in 2017 as a four piece Alt-Rock band, Good Spirits released their debut album “I Am All These Things” in 2019. With Covid at its peak and their bass player Chris moving out of state, the band became stagnant. To breathe some new life into the group, they decided to switch it up a bit and move along as a trio. The band went into a heavier direction. With their new album “The Greenseer,” there is a mixture of old and new. Spacey beautiful guitar licks, Psych/Stonerish riffs, Post-Rock influences with roots of Alt Rock shining through.
