Thessaloniki, Greece based Gothic Doom Metal band Lachrymose share the official music video for the title track of their new single “Salt,” which was released on April 02, 2025. Available now on Bandcamp and all digital streaming platforms. Watch the video through the YouTube player below:

Lachrymose is a Metal conspiracy with a passion for everything Dark, Doom, Heavy and Gothic. Having been formed in 2013, the band released their debut album, “Carpe Noctum,” which was mixed and mastered by Chris Fielding (Conan), two years later. Dark, Atmospheric riffs and haunting melodies were delivered and live rituals were soon to follow.
After drastic lineup changes and having shared the stage with Moonspell, Serenity, Loudness and Tysondog, among others, the band is now unleashing the second chapter of their story. The EP “The Unseen” consists of five brand new songs that were recorded at Valve Studio, mixed by George Emmanuel (Rotting Christ, Lucifer’s Child) at Pentagram Studio and mastered by Chris Fielding at Skyhammer Studio.
The EP features guest musicians, Kostas Matis on drums, Jimmy Tott (Funeral Revolt, Walking Stone Giants, Kaera Vane) on bass and a unique performance by The Dead Creed. “The Unseen” was released on May 10th, 2018.
