Italy’s prolific godfathers of Stoner Rock Black Rainbows stream their loud and fuzzy ninth studio album “Superskull” in its entirety today, ahead of its world release this Friday 09, 2023 June on Heavy Psych Sounds.

Three years after their latest sonic bomb “Cosmic Ritual Supertrip”, mighty Italian Stoner Rockers  Black Rainbows are ready to kick the dust with their trademark fire: be ready to embrace the full power of new album “Superskull.” With this ninth album in 15 years of career, the Roman trio has pushed their songcraft further, delivering enough asphalt-burning rippers to skyrocket any listener into the stratosphere, while also immersing smoothly into a Psychedelic suite and two space acoustic songs that nicely echo frontman Gabriele Fiori‘s Folk Rock project The Pilgrim. “Superskull” undoubtedly stands as their most generous and tentacular album to date, so be ready to file it under the “all killer no filler” section of your record collection!

Black Rainbows is established among the most revered Heavy Rock bands of the European scene, spreading the Fuzz since 2005. Their sound sits firmly between 90s-style Californian Stoner Rock, deep-cosmos Psychedelia and hard-driving Space Rock. In 2020, the trio entered the new decade refreshed and with well-earned veteran status resulting from countless tours and festival appearances, tearing roofs off with their unstoppable and infectious Rock’n’Roll energy.
