JPL (Jean Pierre Louveton) returns with 12th studio album “Post Scriptum“
Having firmly established himself in the music world, JPL (Jean Pierre Louveton) is set to release his 12th studio album, “Post Scriptum,” on May 12, 2025 (CD/LP/Digital HR via Quadrifonic/Bandcamp) and on streaming platforms on 13 June 2025.
Following the conclusion of Nemo in 2015, JPL took on the mantle of French-style Progressive Rock as a solo artist. Post Scriptum is a bold continuation of his musical journey, showcasing seven new songs and 47 minutes of fresh, thought-provoking music. For the first time, JPL collaborates with the singer Elise Bourg who now joins him on stage.
This album follows his remarkable career milestone in 2024, where he celebrated 30 years of recording with a triple compilation featuring tracks from Nemo, WolfSpring, and JPL. Additionally, after the critically acclaimed “Sapiens” trilogy (2020–2022), “Post Scriptum” further cements JPL’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of his musical universe while honouring his roots.
The second single from the album, “(À l’évidence) Je Me Rends”, is released today (10 May).
JPL reflects on his creative process, stating: “I wrote this album as if it were the last.“
