With “Second Natur,” Klangwelt presents an electronic album full of impressive surprises. Choirs, beats, samples, sequences, arpeggios and melodies merge into twelve fascinating tracks. Buttery-soft Ambient passages develop into rhythmically powerful pieces, melancholic ballads alternate with brilliant sequencer passages or rocking synth and electric guitar riffs. Of course, the bizarrely distorted vocal samples and innovative sound effects familiar from Klangwelt are also present, lending everything a surreal, dreamlike atmosphere.
