[News] Kscope to reissue the self-titled album by Storm Corrosion

Storm Corrosion was the long-discussed and highly anticipated 2012 collaboration between Mikael Akerfeldt (Opeth) and Steven Wilson

A spiritual successor to both “Heritage” and “Grace For Drowning,” Storm Corrosion took an idiosyncratic musical path that operated in Wyrd Folk and ambitious singer-songwriter territories.

The duo’s debut surprised as much as it did confirm Wilson‘s and Akerfeldt‘s pre-eminence in the field of contemporary Progressive music.

A 6-track, 48-minute odyssey featuring contributions from Ben CastleGavin Harrison and the London Session Orchestra.

CD in digipak with 8-page booklet. Includes as a bonus track the live recording of Drag Ropes from The Royal Albert Hall in 2015.
