Following the great success of the single “Another Chance” in collaboration with Anathema‘s Daniel Cavanagh, Lecce Prog Rock band Maysnow is pleased to announce that its new album “A Dream Within A Dream” will be released on October 04, 2024 via Sleaszy Rider. Consisting of 11 songs for over 49 minutes of musical experience, “A Dream Within A Dream” is a vibrant album full of melodies, while maintaining – and even strengthening – the band’s Heavy essence. The new album introduces a variety of Progressive and Electronic elements, making it a stand-alone piece. More precisely, “A Dream Within A Dream” can be described as a Post-Progressive work, enriched by djent influences, while honouring the band’s roots in grunge, Post-Grunge, Progressive Metal, Nu-Metal, as well as its acoustic essence.
Maysnow have shared a new official video for the track “Running With A Firework Smile.” Directed by Andrea Pascali (AD Studio), the video is elegantly dark thanks to a calibrated and incisive use of slow motion. The video perfectly captures the Dark Atmosphere of the song, characterised by Daniele Rini‘s scream and clean vocals, as well as the Heavy dose of keyboards and orchestrations provided by Paolo Bianchi.
