It was the end of 2017 when members of the bands Cabeza de Caballo, Santo Rostro, Muerto en Vida and Electric Belt from Jaén presented themselves in society under the name of Mía Turbia and with a first self-produced EP of three tracks in which alternative rock and psychedelia went hand in hand with certain progressive airs. That first work was the starting point of an aimless space-time journey that continued in 2019, 2020 and 2021 with the release of the singles “Buenamuerte,” “Plano Astral” and “Centro de Gravedad” respectively (the latter as part of the project “Grados. Minutos. Segundos.“).
And so it has come to today, when Mía Turbia officially present the video-single for “Dímelo,” as the first preview of their debut album, “El camino,” which will be released on 2 December (although the pre-order of the digital and vinyl version is already up and running on Bandcamp).

“El camino” was recorded between 2019 and 2020, with the band’s own drummer, Miguel Ortega, taking care of the mixing in 2021. The mastering was done by Mario G. Alberni at Kadifornia Mastering the same year.
The album is scheduled for release on December 2, 2022, and will be released digitally and in an ultra-limited vinyl edition of 250 copies in black, which can be pre-ordered now through Spinda Records and any of the other two labels involved (Gato Encerrado Records, Nacimiento Records).
