“Bleak Mountains” was recorded live at Le Grand Mix, Tourcoing, in April 2025, engineered by Edouard Reynaert, then mixed and mastered by Charly Millioz at Bora Lustral Studio. The artwork is by François Andries. The album comprises six tracks — “As a Line,” “Endlessly on Standby,” “Nothing,” “Ham Pie,” “Locked Up,” and “Mother” — promising a ritual of distortion, Fuzz-drenched guitars and Psychedelic tension that slowly collapses into controlled chaos.
Infusing raw energy and powerful riffs that embody the force of the elements. Myar compositions shift between Psychedelic atmospheres and relentless grooves, taking the listener on a journey through a constantly evolving musical universe.
The band states about “Bleak Mountains“: “Bleak Mountains is a ritual of distortion, fire and shadow.
Recorded live and loud, driven by fuzz-drenched guitars and hypnotic rhythms, MYAR dives into heavy psych landscapes where tension slowly burns before collapsing into chaos.“
Highly recommended for fans of Doom, Heavy Psych, Stoner rock and raw sonic intensity.
