Instrumental Post-Rock formation neànder releases an intimate, acoustic reinterpretation of their track “Krater” today. Alongside the single release, the band is gearing up for their “AUF ACHSE” tour in March, where they will present their latest album “III” live, which saw the light of day on November 8, 2024, via Through Love Records.
This release marks a return to the song’s roots, as guitarist Jan Korbach explains:
“’Krater‘ was originally written on an acoustic guitar and later transported into the typical neànder sound cosmos. With the new version we are returning to the origin of the song”.
The track was recorded and produced by Patrick Zahn in his own studio, the strings were played by Judith Retzlik, the acoustic guitars by Korbach. The cover for the new single was created by Ufomammut bassist Urlo (Malleus Rock Art Lab). “Krater (acoustic)” is now available on all major streaming platforms.
