“A Song For Tomorrow” is the ninth studio album from Pallas, a soundtrack for uncertain times that uses Biblical imagery, politics, technology, and conflict as metaphors to explore what lies beneath the headlines: people, their relationships, emotions, and the experiences that shape them.

It is about the contrast between our inner selves and the faces we present to the world; the dreams that drive us, what gets us out of bed each morning, how we rebuild ourselves after falling, our vulnerabilities, our self-destructive impulses, and the courage to embrace life-changing decisions.
Moving between intimate reflection and sweeping social commentary, the album examines environmental collapse, digital surveillance, fractured connections, and the search for meaning in an age of constant noise. Its characters stand at the edge of change, confronting difficult questions in a world where truth bends, memories linger, and tomorrow feels increasingly fragile, yet refusing to surrender hope.
Although “A Song For Tomorrow” sounds unmistakably like the next in a line of Pallas albums, there are some fundamental differences from previous albums.
With this album, we have strived to feature the voices of all four band members equally, with each taking a share of the lead and backing vocals. We have put a lot of focus on layered harmony vocals in places, which is actually more in line with some of the band’s earlier recordings, such as “The Sentinel,” as encouraged at the time by producer Eddie Offord.
We also feature the voice of Natasha O’Neal on the title track. She has worked with guitarist and writer Niall on other music projects in Cambodia, where he currently lives.
“A Song For Tomorrow” sounds like it might be a legacy for the future, but we hope it sounds very much like a selection of songs for today.
Unfortunately, logistics and health issues prevent the band from touring the new album, but singer Alan Reed will be featuring some Pallas tracks on his farewell tour in September, following his Parkinson’s diagnosis.
