Mallorca, Spain based Stoner/Hard Rock band Queen Marsa has share a music video for the first single and title track from their debut album “I Am The Land,” set to release this Friday, September 15th, 2023 via Discos Macarras/Metalway Records. Watch the video through the YouTube player below:
Three years after their promising self-titled debut EP, here we have “I Am The Land,” the first full-length from Hard Rockers Queen Marsa.
From the powerful start with “Gaugamela” to the end of the album with “Outlaw On The Run,” where they flirt with classic Heavy Metal, going through catchy tracks like “The Trick Is You Don’t Mind” or “Treat Me Like You Do,” whose choruses stick to your brain, the album “I Am The Land” proves to be a magnificent first letter of introduction for this band from Mallorca (Balearic Island).

Queen Marsa are a Hard Rock band that emerges in 2018 influenced by the classics of the 70’s, as well as Grunge and Stoner Rock of the 90’s and of the 00’s. Individually their musical tastes range from Punk to Metal. Queen Marsa are five musicians with experience in different bands of the Mallorcan Rock scene, who give the band an experienced and worked sound, creating an atmosphere of Rock melodies with Psychedelic touches.
They created this project to work on our own repertoire translate the results in the studio and give an image to the band. But what really motivate them is to offer a good show to the public.
Queen Marsa’s strength is reflected in the live performance. Armed with two guitars, a bass, drums and a singing voice, their goal is to keep the audience distracted and make them enjoy a good rock concert. Always in constant movement, with a somewhat rogue attitude, avoiding silences and transforming their music into a quality audiovisual show.
In these years Queen Marsa have passed through most of the stages of the islands and festivals (like Fira del Disc, Sant Sebastià or Mallorca Live Festival) improving their show, leaving no one indifferent and finishing the work with a good feeling. In 2020 the band released their debut EP “Queen Marsa” through Discos Macarras and Metalaway.
Queen Marsa want to leave their work recorded, going through the studio periodically to record and show all the new songs they create. Thus giving continuity to the band andallowing them to improve the quality and variety of their shows.
In 2023 Queen Marsa released LP “I Am The Land,” their second studio work. Recorded, mixed and mastered at Psychosomatic Recording Studio. The album will be once agan released by Discos Macarras and Metalaway.
