After a musical hiatus, and having shaken the Latin American Hard Rock scene in 2023 with three singles — in addition to sharing the stage with Deep Purple, Kiss, and Mr. Big, among others — QueenMilk has just released their new single, “Hold the Fire.”

This new composition marks an evolution in the band’s sound, drawing deep inspiration from the art of legends like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, and Black Sabbath. It is a statement of principles that combines rhythmic power with renewed energy, proving that the quartet keeps its essence and commitment to high-quality Rock intact.
This release represents the first step of a new era that seeks to reconnect with longtime followers and captivate new audiences, reaffirming the band’s place in the Rock scene. “After the great milestones we experienced, we focused on other musical projects that we had to attend to and, at the same time, recharged our energy to come back strong again,” states guitarist and founder Rodrigo Mora.
“I really like the chorus a lot, both lyrically and musically. Alongside Marcela Villarroel’s backing vocals, the plea to keep the mysterious flame of a hidden connection alive takes on an unstoppable force,” comments singer Paulo Domic. Gonzalo Tejo’s bass and Allan Awerkin’s rhythm complete the foundation for this song, which crosses through a series of nuances where the inspiration from that rock which started it all over 50 years ago -and is far from being forgotten- is clearly evident.
