Italian Experimental music project Canto Di Vesta has unveiled a new stand-alone single, titled “Gocce,” released on November 01, 2026.
Stream “Gocce” via the YouTube player below:
Spanning 12 minutes and 8 seconds, the standalone instrumental composition merges elements of Post-Rock, Ambient Rock, Darkfolk, Neofolk, and Experimental Electronics. The arrangement relies on a trio line-up consisting of Chris on guitars, Marco Balsamà on synthesizers, and Giuliano Negro Piccirillo on saxophone.
Conceptualized in Rome, the project frames its creative output around an underlying philosophical premise: “The absurd human vanity of believing, through art, that we can enclose life in a frame,” translated from Italian “L’assurda umana vanità di credere, attraverso l’arte, di poter racchiudere in una cornice la vita.”
“Gocce” expands upon Canto di Vesta’s existing discography, following their early 2026 split release “AA.VV. The March Equinox” alongside Noise Cluster, as well as previous releases including “La Fine del Giorno” (2025), “Mi abbandono” (2024), “Autunno” (2023), and “Il teatro di chi non c’é più” (2022).
