“Strike That is something that I text or say once in a while whenever I have a better idea or have to correct myself from something that I said/texted earlier. However, in this video, I took the word “strike” and applied it to keyboard strike, lightning strike, baseball strike, and bomb strike. No “strike” as in a picket line though.
The progression in the song was generated by my System 2412 app, and is a good example of writing a complete song (although a short one) with a single riff or progression idea (much like Spastic Ink’s ‘Suspended On All Fours’ and ‘See And It’s Sharp! or Blotted Science’s ‘Oscillation Cycles’.)” – Ron Jarzombek
