Clarity Vision is a trio that plays a mixture of modern stoner metal and good old 70s Doom with a Psychedelic flavor. Formed by autumn 2022 in Moscow, Russia.
The history of the band begins on March 27, 2022 with an unnamed duet at that time, consisting of Alexey Roslyakov (guitar, lyrics) and Galina Shpakovskaya (vocals). The first song played was a cover version of Depeche Mode – “Personal Jesus,” which the whole band still plays in rehearsals.
At the beginning of June 2022, Denis Yakhryushin (bass guitar) joined the group, and in early August Mikhail Markelov (drums). By the time Mikhail arrived, the group had already written five of their own songs. In September of the same year, the group began its first experiments with recording a demo, and on November 19, recording began in the studio.
In January 2023, the first single “Spaces” was released, and later, in March, the second single “Motorcycle Meditation” was released. The debut self–titled EP “Clarity Vision” was released on the Addicted label in September of 2023. In autumn 2024, Denis Yakhryushin (bass guitar) left the band.
