Brazilian Symphonic Progressive Metal band Santa Cora have unveiled the official video for their new stand-alone single “Ancient Road,” released on September 12, 2025.

The official music video for “Ancient Road,” featuring contributions from fans and a lyrical choir, paves the way for Santa Cora’s upcoming studio album.
The visual concept of “Ancient Road” was inspired by desert and dystopian landscapes, reminiscent of the Mad Max cinematic saga and similar settings. This aesthetic is reflected in the album cover, music video, photos, and costumes, all connected through a key concept that places the song within the album’s narrative. At the same time, it creates a deliberate contrast with the central theme of the record, which will be gradually revealed with each new release.
