Ukrainian Progressive/Psychedelic/Math Rock band Solar Blooms unveil the official visualizer for the track “Rays Of Sun” taken from upcoming debut album. Watch the video through the YouTube player below:
Solar Blooms is a 4-piece rock band from Lutsk, Ukraine.
There is no specific single genre that could be attributed to the group, but their music might be described as a blend between Hard Rock, Progressive Rock, Psychedelic Rock, Stoner/Doom, and Heavy Metal.
Solar Blooms was formed in early 2019, and the first album was recorded immediately. However, due to the pandemic outbreak, and recently – the war in Ukraine (where the band currently resides), the debut record remains unreleased to date. In 2023, the band decided to finally make moves necessary to drop an album and publish the first single called “Rays of Sun” – a more upbeat song, which doesnt really fit the term “Prog” in full, but considering the rhythms and playing techniques used, theres arguably no other labels to better describe the tune. A 3 minute 26 second track is the shortest one on the album, serving as a more “accessible” introduction to the broader Solar Blooms playlist, which will be released piece by piece in the coming months.
