Album Concept:
In the not too distant future, an Automaton is created by the greatest minds of a dwindling humanity. A sentient robot, bestowed with all the knowledge, wisdom and history of mankind and it’s planet Earth. The machines mission is to voyage into the deepest reaches of space, through endless dimensions and universes, in an attempt to seek new knowledge and understanding of life. Programmed to return to Earth with its findings, and save the human race, the Automaton arrives only to find the Earth is now a wasteland, ravaged by the wars and spoils of man. Is it all too late, or can the fires of civilization burn bright again.
Album Info:
“Another Dimension” was recorded, mixed and mastered by Kevin Hare at Deep Storm Productions. It was recorded live with us all together in one room, over the course of a week. The main body of the songs (drums, bass & guitar) where tracked on the first three days. The following four days were then used to record the vocals and additional layers of guitars. We feel the energy of the band has been captured better than ever before.
Accompanying the album is a studio documentary from Richy Walsh at Deep Storm Productions video studio. All tied together with the star map inspired artwork by Ryan Locke, that dives into the vision of the album lyrics and themes.
“It is our most ambitious album to date, and likely our most conceptual. We endeavour to expand on the journey and stories from the four previous albums, creating a world around the imagery in our music.
