German Stoner Metal band bunsenburner has released a new track from its debut LP “poise,” which will be released on December 09 via bensnburner records. The song is called “Siriasis” and the teaser is available on the band’s YouTube channel. Watch it through the YouTube player below:
“Siriasis” is based on a riff with a typically southern aftertaste, repeated in different “sauces” throughout the song, giving each member the opportunity to show off with parts dedicated to them. The result is a circular, undulatory movement that finds its propulsive thrust in the groove.
The album “poise” is the result of three days of recording, with the full line-up and without preliminary arrangements or overdubs, at huji maja Studios. In the spirit of full-on experimentation, “poise” will surprise listeners with a combination of Stoner Doom, Jazz and Ambient elements.
