Glaston, the Post-Rock band from Basel and Zurich, Switzerland, is finalising preparations for the release of their long-awaited new album “I Am Whole” on 11 November via Dunk! Records and A Thousand Arms.
Glaston‘s sound is defined as the synthesis of guitar, bass, piano and drums. Through their instruments, they take the listener on a journey of exploration, delving deeply into emotions and feelings. The compositional process behind the album “I Am Whole” is the most personal the band has experienced so far: like a journey within ourselves, the songs are uncompromising, direct, bold and absolute. With a strong cinematic and melancholic connotation, the 11 tracks on the record are unique, rare gems for what they are, with one common trait: being honest.
The band released a new track “This Is Us Colliding” along with an emotional black and white video directed by Fabian Willi Simon. Watch the video through the YouTube player below:
“I Am Whole” was recorded by Peter Voigtmann at Die Mühle Studios, mixed and mastered by Magnus Lindberg. The artwork is by Chantal Convertini I paeulini.
