Conceived as more than a collection of songs, Synthetica-X is a complete artistic universe where music, visual identity and science-fiction evolve together through a series of interconnected releases. The project blends heavy metal, cyber metal, cinematic electronics and progressive sound design into what Andrea De Paoli defines as “Metal Synthwave from the Future“.
With “Mission To Mars“, ADP2976-X and his cybernetic companion LAIKA2954-X leave Earth aboard an autonomous spacecraft, embarking on humanity’s first mission to Mars. Driven by powerful guitar riffs, propulsion-inspired synthesizers and expansive cinematic atmospheres, the song transforms space exploration into an energetic fusion of modern metal and futuristic electronics.
More than a standalone single, “Mission To Mars” builds upon the universe introduced in the project’s previous release, further developing Synthetica-X‘s science-fiction concept through the fusion of music, visuals and immersive world-building.

Andrea De Paoli is an Italian keyboardist, composer and producer known for his work with acclaimed metal bands such as Labÿrinth, Vision Divine, and Shadows of Steel, Progressive Space Rock act Chaos Venture and Electronic projects including Synth Action ’80.
With Synthetica-X, he expands this artistic journey into a new hybrid vision where Heavy Metal, futuristic electronics and Science-Fiction storytelling converge. Conceived as both a music project and a conceptual universe, Synthetica-X explores themes of artificial consciousness, transcendence, cosmic energy, human-machine duality and post-human emotion through an interconnected narrative framework.
