Burnt Witch have already been making noise throughout the underground metal scene. During their previous promotional campaign with Metal Devastation PR, the band earned recognition in Weedian’s Best Releases of February for their crushing EP “Dopelich,” attracted attention following praise and social media interactions involving High on Fire guitarist and vocalist Matt Pike, and received additional coverage from underground metal publications.
The band also has a connection to the guitar community, with multiple Burnt Witch members featured on the official Woodrite Guitars Artist Roster, further highlighting the musicians behind the band’s crushing sound.
Building on that momentum, Burnt Witch are now preparing to take their sound into full-length territory with a self-titled release promising more of the filthy riffs, suffocating grooves, and uncompromising heaviness that underground doom and sludge fans crave.
With the album pre-order live, an early track available now, and a new single landing just days away, Burnt Witch are giving fans plenty of reasons to crank up the volume.
