Comprised of ten evocative tracks, “Death Divine” showcases Hail Darkness‘ ability to blend elements of Occult 70’s Rock, Psychedelia, Doom and Folk. The album takes listeners on a dark and magical cosmic journey, with lyrics inspired by vintage occult films and personal experiences.
Founded by bassist Joshua in Phoenix, Hail Darkness began as a homegrown project with Jez on guitar and vocals and Emmet on drums. The trio later relocated to South Carolina, where they spent three years in an intensive recording session that resulted in the powerful and expansive sound captured on “Death Divine.”
