Weedian returns with a monumental new initiative, presenting “The 100 Best Releases of 2025,” a comprehensive year-end anthology that highlights the most significant contributions to the international Stoner, Doom, Psych and Heavy Rock underground. Curated through the collective ear of the community, the collection showcases a wide spectrum of artists – from rising newcomers to established cult names – offering a panoramic view of the scene’s present creative pulse.
Hosted on Bandcamp, the project assembles one hundred tracks spanning fuzz-infused riff-driven assaults, Desert-Rock heat, Doom-laden monoliths, lysergic expansions and Heavy atmospheric voyages. As with previous Weedian initiatives, the aim is to document and preserve the global underground’s evolving sound while giving visibility to projects that often operate far from the mainstream radar.
